Amazing Jakes for my AMAZING JON!!!

So happy for and proud of Jonathan!! He worked really hard this year, and is one of only two kids from his class being treated (by the school) to AMAZING JAKES today....this is for being the TOP READER in his class!! YAY JONNY!!!
